SHIPPING POLICY

1. We ship across India.

2. Our standard delivery time is 7-9 working days from the date of order confirmation.

3. Custom made orders are shipped within 7 days of order confirmation.

4. On placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email on your registered email id. Once the order is shipped, you will receive regular updates and tracking updates on your registered mobile number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Triber Box, we take utmost care in ensuring that you get exact product that you ordered, and in great condition. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us at support@triberbox.com. We will be happy to assist you with returns as per our below policy.


1. You can place return requests within 5 days of receiving the parcel. Return or exchange requests placed after 5 days of receiving your parcel will not be valid.

2. The product should be in its original packaging. Item must be unused and unwashed with all tags and label intact.

3. Please send us an email at support@triberbox.com stating the order number, products to be returned/exchanged, reason for return, and pictures of the product attached. We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your request.

4. Once the return request is approved, we will arrange for a return/ reverse pickup from your address. 

5. If the returned product meets above-mentioned requirements, we will process your refund. 

6. You can either opt for store credits or a full refund back in your account.

7. Shipping Fee, if charged is non-refundable.

8. In case of an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped upon processing your return. If the price for the exchange product is less, we will refund the balance amount. If the amount is more, a payment link will be shared with you to make the balance payment.

9. Some of our products are custom made/ cut for you – on your order. As a result, it is not possible to accept returns for custom-made products . Following products would not be eligible for returns - Fabrics, Curtains, Cushion Covers, Picture frames, and any other product customised on your request. 

However, in the rarest of rare situation where you receive a product that is damaged/defective/has quality issues – we will be happy to take the product back and offer you a refund/credit/replacement. You may get in touch with us at support@triberbox.com to initiate a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving the product.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

An order can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped out, whichever is earlier. We will issue a full refund with a bank transfer for prepaid orders. Cancellation is not allowed for custom-made products under the curtains, cushions, and fabrics category.
